The first occupation I chose was an attorney. Ever since I was in elementary school, I knew that by the time I graduated high school, I would be leaving for law school. To become a lawyer, you need either a doctoral or professional degree plus a law degree. The average yearly salary is 118,160 dollars. I know that this job would be difficult since the hours can vary depending on how dedicated you are to the job, but for me, it would all be worth it.

Another occupation I am interested in is being an author. This specific job was in the media/ communications group. Technically, to be an author, you need at least a bachelor's degree. The pay for this job depends on the amount of hours you put into your writing which can vary as well. Even though this may not be a steady, sure thing job, I have always enjoyed reading and writing, and I feel that being an author would be a great way to spread a positive message around the world.

The last job that interests me is a high school teacher. If I were to become a teacher, I would teach English. The degree needed for a teacher is at least a bachelors, and the average annual salary is 50,650 dollars. The nice thing about being a teacher is that the hours revolve around the student's. The times that they have school, the teacher must work and the days that they get off, the teacher gets off as well. Teachers do not work holidays nor weekends.
